Great game -- Very Bad Customer Service

Dont bother trying to get free gold. I spent hours going through the process of answering surveys and got nothing out of it except a bunch of spam email. I sent requests to both Glu and Fydor and received response from either after a week. I should have gotten over 3000 gold for my time and effort. I am a shareholder of the developer and I will be selling my shares immediately. Not a good experience at all. The only way to get a good team is to spend lots of real money. The exchange rate for gold is pathetic and we have to watch a ton of ads to boot. Glu needs to loosen the purse strings a little bit. I give it a 1 based on the customer service alone.
